the room was a good size. it was also clean. i liked that the hotel had parking nearby, it made things easier. the location was also central, so it was an easy walk to places
I paid for the buffet breakfast for two. the hot food was not hot. It was cold. the sausages were undercooked, i did not enjoy this meal

The modern design impressed me! The room featured a convenient steamer instead of an iron, it was a good addition. The complimentary minibar soft drinks and water were replenished daily, a very appreciable detail. The breakfast included a wide selection of continental items and cooked options. The pastries were good.
The restaurant service was slow. I waited a long time for my drinks order. It wasn't very busy but there were delays. I hope it improves.

The gym offered good equipment for cardio workouts. The skybar on the 18th floor provided panoramic city views. It was quite trendy. The 24-hour access was very convenient.

The hotel is close to a supermarket, it is easy to buy anything you need. Many public transport links are nearby. This makes travel simple. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The reception staff were cute. They were helpful. The breakfast service offered a wide array of choices. The room service was prompt and efficient, every request was addressed quickly and with a smile.

Underwhelming Stay Due to Service Issues

The service was not good , particularly concerning the Sky Bar. I was told it closed at midnight , with last service at 11:30 PM. I returned at 11:10 PM after a game , but was rudely denied entry and told they stopped serving drinks after 11 PM. My room cards also did not work for the upper floors , causing further inconvenience. This was frustrating , especially after paying extra for a room with Sky Bar access.

The sky bar was great. Hotel rooms are bright, spacious, and include a fantastic shower. I loved the complimentary drinks in the mini bar, replenished daily. I appreciated the anniversary balloons and the note in the room. The location and views were superb.
The kettle was in a boxed shelf not much wider than kettle.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to attractions. Everything is within walking distance. Nearby parking makes arrival simple. I found the location central and convenient. I enjoyed easy walks to various points of interest.

Staff members are friendly and, charming. The reception staff were very friendly, as were the bar staff upstairs. I received an unexpected room upgrade. That was good.

I found the gym well-equipped. That is a great perk. The stylish, modern design creates a cute atmosphere. I noted the layout. There were great views across the area, especially from higher floors. The large windows made it easy to enjoy this.
